Advice on Weight Loss & Toning Up?

    Hi, just wanted to ask for any tips and advice for weight loss and toning up my legs, abs n arms. Im 5'1", about 150lbs and Id like to go back down to 120lbs. I do 15mins on each of the treadmill, bike n cross trainer and then a half hour swim about 3 times a week.Havent started the weights yet but getting there! Anything anyone could recommend to add / change would be great :)

    Might be an idea to post up your current diet.

    If your aim is to tone up then I'd start on the weights as soon as possible.

    Squats and lunges would be great for your legs and you can do them with just your own bodyweight if you don't have access to weights yet.
