Question about weight loss supplements?

    Hey guys,
    Need a little advise here.

I’m currently 3 weeks into serious training at the moment.
I’ve cut out the drink and junk food.

Since I’ve started training (around 3 weeks now) I’ve been taking a fat loss supplement to help shift the extra weight (beer belly)

I’m using a product called ‘Stack Booster 2’ three times a day.
I’ve started to see some good results from the training and (somewhat) improved diet.

I just have a question and the weight loss supplement.
How long should I stay on it? Should I finish the entire 90 capsules in one long program?

Is three weeks enough for now?

I’m kind of worried my weight might shoot up again if I come off them.

    My log is here
    (Needs to be updated though)

    Thanks.

I don't know what's in it, but as a general rule with thermogenics, I would cycle them a bit. Do three weeks on, three weeks off. Thermos can help slightly but you are talking about very very small amounts. If your diet is in order, coming off won't cause your weight to shot up.

Believe me, if there was a magic pill that allowed you to lose bodyfat without dieting or squatting, I'd be first in the line for it.

I would throw them in the bin and save your money (and your health) by not buying or using any more of them.

Your results so far have been down to your training and changes in diet - and that's not going to be undone by doing what I've suggested above.

Think about it, if you are eating right and going to the gym there is no way your weight can shoot up again when you come off them.

If you do and you keep all other aspects the same and the weight still goes back on then that tells you the basics are seriously flawed and to stop relying on supplements.
