over the last year when i go to the gym on a regular basis and do upper body weights i start getting terrible pains in my elbows, i then quit weights for a month, pain goes, start weights again and pain comes back.

in my 20's so doubt its arthritis and play squash & tennis and it doesnt bother me,

has this happened to anyone? should i visit a sports physio?

Preferably yes. Where pain is concerned we can't make any diagnoses here I'm afraid.
