Hey lads. Have seen a few recent pictures of myself lately and my weight is really starting to piss me off.

Just wondering if there are any *good* Gyms around the Dublin 4 or Dublin 7 area that'd be easy enough to get to by bike as I'd like to trim down. Any advice? Also any idea what kinda price plans these offer? I'm sure alot of them would let you come in and have one session with a trainer then sign you up if you like the facilities, would I be right?

In D4, the Quality Hotel on John Rogerson's quay has a good gym. Look it up on Google Maps. Last time I was there it was 60 quid a month, pool, good weights area and plenty of cardio machines. They'd have you see a trainer who'd measure you up and give you a programme, but you can ask for details there I guess.
