hey all, I've moved up to dublin in the rathfarnham/bollyboden area and i'm looking for a decent gym with a good free weights section. I already get cardio in by cycling to work, and the odd game of football or run.

I'm looking for somewhere that has squat racks, allows you to deadlift etc. I work in citywest so i'm considering the citywest gym as well, is it anygood? but it would probably be better to find a gym near where i live though.

I think we may be able to help you.

We're situated pretty much midway between Citywest and Rathfarnham, and our gym is built around squatting and deadlifting!

We do group workouts, so there's a friendly element of competition, encouragement, and coaching at every session.

Have a look around our site, and give me a shot if it's the type of thing you like. www.crossfit.ie

are the group session times listed on the schedule the only hours the gym is open?
