What stage are you at in terms of weight loss,

I found that if I cut out stuff from boxes, processed foods, fizzy drinks etc then I cut out alot of fat in a short space fo time without worrying about small things like cals, its pretty time consuming

Then have 2 cheat meals a week, where you can eat whatever you want, anything, desert the whole nine yards,

cycling 80km a week in the gym

    45 min weights 3 nights a week

mostly 3 sets of 15 reps in most things

Thats great work out of you man, what ya think of cutting out the boxed stuff and eating fresh and clean foods instead of the calorie counting?

Great work so far with the losses you have made,

www.fitday.com is pretty handy for calorie counting. You'll probably have to put in a lot of your normal things as custom foods, Irish meat is often leaner than American meat. Once you've done it, it's very handy.

    +1 for fitday.com

It is well worth spending an hour or two with your computer, the food you'll be eating and a set of weighing scales to get accurate inputs. It's dead handy once you put in the initial bit of effort.
