    Hey guy's,

Quick question , I've been going to gym lifting weights for a few month's but i'm noticing that i'm not as sore the next morning , when I lift I lift as heavy as I can until my muscles fail and I feel it leaving the gym but I wake up this morning and feel fine, should I be pushing for more weight or is this normal when your body becomes accustom to it?

    Hey there Irish.

Whats your current training routine and how often do you mix it up?

Your body does grow accustomed to it, it's good to change it up every now and again in order to give your body a shock.

At the min i'm training 3/4 times a week with the following.

    Bench press
    Barbell curls
    Chest press - free weights
    Manual fly
    Bicep curls standard and isolated
    Tricep pulls
    Dumb bell squating
    Pull down
    Leg press

Last night leaving I couldn't lift any more but later that evening I was fine, wasn't feeling that pump like usual, am putting on weight and stregth was just wondering should I mix it up maybe start barbell squating now or something, chin ups, pull ups.

The most important question here OP is have you made/are you continuing to make progress?

If your progress has stalled or regressed than you should really look at changing up routines....
