    Nearly more jobs going in Mayo now than Dublin. `We didn't depend on the construction industry as much, so that meant, that although we were hit by the recession to a lesser extent.

    Hi, Im from Mayo (not living there at moment).Its gr8 to see Mayo section on Boards.ie
    I knew board.ie existed but its only recently I have began to log in regularly.Its good to see.

    I'm from Mayo but live in London.

    I used to read the community news in the Western but now they're charging for it.

    Anyone use Castlebar.ie? There's a lot of good contributors there, but the forum needs an upgrade.
