I've been going to the gym for the last 10 years and over the last 3 I've really notice the flab piling on my tummy... I've gotten serious about toning up,my diet and lifting weights. I know I cant spot reduce fat, but would like to tone up my tummy area.... I have found that if i wanted to tone up legs, grand squats, lunges, more squats more lunges does the trick, tones you up.. can really feel the muscels working, I cant say the same about my abs, really need to step it up on the abs.. Can anyone advise me on work I should be doing to see results???

Please post your diet and current exercise regime for critique.

If you're male, you're predisposed to store fat on your stomach first. You'll need to tighten up your diet to get abs, essentially.

    Hi Colm,

I've got a fitness log going for the last while, complete diet and gym work in there if you want to take a look.

Front squats and leg raises on a chinning bar, I do knee raises while doing chinups.

Pretty much and watch diet...even more so if your over 21 as your metabolism slows down.
