I downloaded a programme for making themes for mobile phones, and i haven't been able to use it properly yet.
Depending on where i want to put a certain picture it has to be of certain dimensions, for example the picture i want to use as a wallpaper are 400 x 300 and the programme needs it to be 240 x 301.
Is there a programme for resizing pictures or what can i do

    Thanx

I know websites like Photobucket or Image Shack can resize photos but that's only to pre-set sizes. Personally I think you wouldn't go wrong with Paint.Net. It's free, easy to use and you can make pictures in any size you want.

Adobe photoshop or Corel Paint Shop pro will do this.

I think Gimp might also as well and thats freeware.

Paint.net is a free and pretty decient picture editor. I've used ti before, while it's no photoshop it'll do most things.

From microsoft, it adds an extra option whn you right click on in an image file, giving you the option to quickly resize it.
