Ranelagh Pilates Studio

    Hey,

A couple of years ago my physio recommended me to go to the Ranelagh Pilates Studio. I still have back stiffness and poor flexibility so was going to go again, but when I passed by I saw that this place has now closed down. Does anyone know if the same people are still giving classes elsewhere or can anyone recommend other top quality Pilates teachers? (my physio warned me about doing classes with instructors who weren't properly qualified)

www.bodyelements.ie - excellent studio in Beacon South Quarter.
I go there for classes and find them excellent. I'm currently training as a pilates instructor and found the teachers in body elements to be of an excellent standard. They also do physio there too
