Does this go under the porridge heading? What is the difference nutritionally? Is it another bad breakfast option?

I've tried eating porridge again but it just bores me to tears so it's back to the alpen.

its not as good as porridge but there are much worse out there - like rice crispies and cocopops etc!

It's a highly processed version of porridge, why not get the real deal?

If you're trying to lose weight, then sugar is a no no. Just stop eating it. (starchy stuff like porridge or readybreak isn't exactly great either). You can get used to life without it pretty quickly. If you must have something sweet, stick to berries.

People who take sugar in their tea for instance, I've seen time and again, once they've stopped doing it for a while, then have tea with sugar in it again, they think it's gross. Sickly sweet etc.

But out of sight, out of mind. Take away all sweet things from your kitchen etc. and it becomes a whole lot easier.

"real" porridge is cheaper too, how do you know it is more processed though?
Wholegrain Rolled Oats (60%), Wholegrain Oat Flour, Calcium, Niacin, Iron, Pantothenic Acid (B5), Vitamin B6, Riboflavin (B2), Thiamin (B1), Folic Acid, Vitamin B12.
