Looking for opinions on the above. Am considering starting this program. I am not looking into losing any weight so would it be enough to just do the exercise part of the program. I am quite fit already but feel like i need a change in my normal routine. Is the Cardio (20 mins intense X 3 weekly) enough to mantain basic cardio fitness?

Its an ok program that will give you results in line with how much effort you give it, ie if you give it your all you'll get great results, same can be said of most programs tbh.

What do you mean by basic cardio fitness? As I'd see doing 3x20 mins of intervals a week as a lot for cardio fitness.

The body for life program is basically aimed at stripping fat off people in a short time if this is your aims at the moment its an ok choice if its not then you got to figure out your goals and take the appropriate choice

Its a good program but I dont think the fasted state training is necessary and I wouldnt go too wild on the free day especially when it comes to alcohol.Have a few treats but dont binge

Sorry to drag up this old thread.
Has anyone done this recently? Any success?
Also, does anyone know how a non American signs up as when I go to register, it says that only American residents can register?
    Thanks!

I done the programme shortly after posting this but didn't follow the nutrition part as wasnt looking to strip body fat. Still got great results in terms of fitness and muscle definition. Them 20 min interval session were tough but manageable and could find good increases in strength from week to week ie in what weights I could manage. Can recommend that side of it at least.
