Different rankings for same site!

    I am currently working hard on SEO for my site and have been checking my ranking for several of my key phrases. So far so good.

    I have noticed that when i complete a search using the same exact search phrase on 2 different computers in my house, they display 2 different results. In one case I come up 12 whilst on the other I am coming up 21st!

    Can anyone think of a reason why this may be happening on 2 different PC's?!
