Can't access VOIP adaptor via IP address

I just picked up a Linksys PAP2 VOIP phone adaptor. I tried to access its account setup menu by entering its IP address into Explorer - it doesn't find it. I was able to ping it successfully, and it shows up in my wireless gateway network settings, but I can't access it. I tried disabling my firewall before trying it again - still nothing. Ideas?

Pretty sure its the same one i set up for the folks a couple of months ago. You connect your phone to it and configure it using that.

I used the phone menu to get the IP address from the adaptor, but when I type the IP address into Windows Explorer it can't find it. When I type my router's address in, it finds it no problem and lists the PAP2 as a connected device on my network ...?

Try the same with Internet Explorer (or Firefox, or safari ...)
