Sure. I'd recommend you learn and do these to kick off with:

    Bench press
    One arm dbell rows
    Lunges
    Squats

Sorry, but I find that hard to believe. You may think you eat a lot but 9 times out of 10 people who say stuff like that (and I know lots of them) eat like wrens in winter. Not saying that you are, but post up a typical day's eating anyway, there is always room for imprpvement.

Include the portion sizes, i.e. weights of what you are eating. If you do not know what size your portions are then I cannot understand how you could say you are eating a lot or a little. And it should be what actually goes into your mouth, I know skinny people who throw away up to 50% of the food they put in front of them, and then think they eat a lot. Conversely I know fat people who will eat massive portions and would also lash down the 50% leftovers from the others, if they were offered.

A scales is essential for working out your calorie intake.

Hehe, I do this. I wait to see what my skinny friends are ordering then order something different knowing that I'll be eating half their dinner too.:P I don't wait to be offered tho!

OP what height and sex are you? The reason that you are 7 stone is because of your diet. If you want to gain muscle and increase your weight you have to eat more.

It would be useful to see what your diet looks like ATM. Correct this and implement a basic training rountine and you should make progress.:)

I know I should put in the effort but it'd take forever!
I go by the food pyramid(does anyone use that these days?) and I always eat more than what they recommend so I do eat enough although I could definetly eat more.I've actually put on a pound since last time :) so gona eat healthy and take it slow don't want to put on too much neway.

thanks celestial also i'll start on those exercises2.;)

You still have not posted up your diet or were you just asking a question not really looking for an answer?

I agreee with the previous posts - put up your diet and weight train.

    What height are you?
