Eneloop vs Duracell smart charge batteries

Anyone have any opinions on this. A quick Google would appear to imply they are both one and the same thing apart from Duracell arriving on the scene a year later and repackaging Sanyo's product with 100% margin and flogging it as their own?..brand power and all that. I've seen no counter argument at all and given Eneloop's are about half the price of Duracells have just ordered a bunch of them.

Anyone here have any first hand experience or greater research knowledge?

Check GP ReCyko+ rechargeable batteries.
These batteries perform just as well as the Sanyo or Duracell Eneloops.
I'm using them in everything from remote controls to flashlights.
Dealextreme are half the price of most Irish retailers.
