Came on to ask advice on what do do with this guy i thought may have been in trouble in the garden, but nature seems to have taken its course.

    Is it a blackbird?

It's a young thrush. Probably a Mistle Thrush but I'm viewing it with a lot of glare on my screen.

    Celery-leaved crowfoot - Ranunculus sceleratus
The dainty looking blooms and its nice name belies its true nature; 'sceleratus' means 'vicious' and this plant can fatally
poison livestock. The sap of this plant will also cause severe blistering on human skin.
