Hi Keps, What Camera / Lens are you using ? your photos are pin sharp , i'm only starting in Digital photography and for the equipment I have am very happy with the image quality but will need to upgrade at some point , so just looking to find out what others are using. Thanks...

For wildlife I mainly use a Nikon 80-400mm zoom lens on my D7000 Body:)

Thanks Keps, I'll have a look at that , I want to get into the Wildlife side of things , but will be working with a limited budget . Your photos are very impressive , clearly you spend a lot of time out and about , Keep them coming ....

It's a young thrush. Probably a Mistle Thrush but I'm viewing it with a lot of glare on my screen.

They're Sand Martins you have there keps. More brown than the bluey/black colour of House Martins.

Yes Interslice, it is a Common Blue.

Thanks bone digger. Only started to pay notice to them this summer. Literally all I know about butterflys is from this thread! (Been lurking for a long time now ) Some amazing shots on nearly every page!
