    Ok people, going to post up some art I've done in the past.

    The initial scans are awful, when I get my hands on a better one I will redo.

    I've never put these pics out there before so be kind :)

    Here's a really old pencilling, when I was experimenting with animanga style.

    The scan is really poor, you can see it better if you down load and magnify.

    Have a look alright, keep sketching the old fashioned way, but using Levels, and whatnot in a program will really bring these to life!

    Drawings are excellent but your scanner does indeed suck. A good one shouldn't set you back too much, would be worth it for the quality of your work.
