Guess the sportsperson

I don't know if this has been done here before but I'll give it a go anyway.

Post a pic of a sportsperson with some Photoshop trickery on it and we'll try to guess who it is.

The usual rules, whoever guesses right gets to post the next one. If it's an obscure person/sport maybe give a hint.

I'll start it off with an easy one:

He has been around the block a lot in his career, in fact he is the most experienced person in his sport. He's still competing too.
