Workout in a rush

I just got myself a new job which takes up far more time than my last one so have less time to go for the gym, I was doing a myriad of stuff before but given that I have far less time in the mornings, was wondering if someone here could give me a compact body workout, for general fitness and a bit of weight gain.

I'm guessing the bench/deadlift/squat will be good places to start but if anyone could give me a few other ones that would work me out all over without having to spend too long in the gym.

They would'nt be as good as the 3 compound lifts you mentioned but how about adding in upright rows, military press, clean and press?
