Howdy. After taking for the most part a ahem, *break*, ahem, from regular consistant fitness for about a year, im now back working out pretty much daily, or 5 days a week.

I do resistance training every second day and cardio every other day but try to a do little cardio after doing resistance training.

As tough as it was at first, it didnt take long for my body to remember old habits! :)

Im looking for some advice. When doing Cardio i always run, as i dislike all other cardio (bikes etc) I find that my legs get sore even after a rest day and my joints can sometimes ache. I feel it may be impacting my cardio workout as even though my lungs can take it, my legs cannot. I must point out im not doing huge runs, just thread mill. Sessions upto 30 mins.

Im doing my stretches but i would like insight into making sure im doing the right stretches. also any tips/advice on how to avoid the aches Im getting would be appreciated!

    Thanks! :)
