Civic paint match

I bought a 99 hatchback civic there a few weeks back. Theres a few minor scratches that id like to touch up. The thing is its kind of an unusual colour. The reg cert just says blue, but i can only describe it as a metallic sea green/blue.Its not a common colour at all. I had a look in halfords and didnt see anything close to it. Anybody got any links to sites that do civic paint colours?

The colour listed in the registration is vague at best - my silver car is "grey" accoring to mine.

You're probably best off going to a Honda dealer - they can probably get it off the VIN if they don't know from looking at it.

^^ heh mine too. The current model Civic actually comes with a bottle of touch up paint thrown into the glovebox.

See if you can find these paint codes somewhere under the bonnet, door frame etc - wherever Honda keep them to match up.

Iced Teal Pearl would be the one I would associate with your photo.

I had 98 civic coupe sr model it came with a touch up thingy in the small glove box apartment on the drivers side also.

Nonoperational

The paint code is inside the drivers door as far as I remember.
