    Hi I'm new to this forum. Can't believe I haven't been here before, on boards a few years now. I have an illness called fibromyalgia which includes the delights of insomnia. Sometimes the meds work, then again....

    Thanks I used to drink loads of it and I'm down to one a day now as needless to say it wasn't helping my sleeping
