    hi there,
    I fine is hard to loose weight and tone my body my diet is fairly good, go to gym, & have recently started pilates but I am not really seeing any results :confused:

    Can you give a more detailed description of what your daily diet is like?

    Pilates for weight loss? You have got to be joking.

    Get in to a spin class in the gym and hit the weights or do pump class in your gym if they offer them
