Apparently sometimes they stitch outies back in. So they sit flat.
That is probably what you have.

I saw a guy yesterday with the biggest outty ever it look like a 6th.

You have to be careful if you have an outy cos if it gets knocked off
your butt falls off too.

my friend had an outie for years(always since i knew him)turned out it was part of his gut hanging out covered by skin (hernia)

it got blocked one day and nearly killed him !!!ended up being rushed to hospital for emergency surgery

now he has an inny!!!!!!!!!!
