    Can anyone recommend a Personal Trainer in the west of ireland region.. whats the going rate these days? thanks!

    Going rate would be 50-80 euro an hour depending who or where your based...most do deals when you block book..dont know any trainers that area so cant help you there..best of luck.

    I always refer patients to David Gallagher in Galway city centre. He knows his stuff, and patients are always happy with the results. You can check out his website at: http://davidgallagher.ie/

    Cowzerp is right - the going rate is around €50 and up per session.
