    Hi all,
I'm wondering if anyone has a "3 month membership" contract lying about? I ask as I am experiecing... problems... with them, about a 3 month period which should have ended 14 months ago. Won't go into much detail, but would love if anyone has the contract, so I can have a read over it.

Should have a contract back home, but so far have not been successfull finding it :(

They dont do them anymore, but 2 months notice needed to be given as far as i know, otherwise it just rolls on indefinite..

Aye. I did a 3 month contract a year ago, but recently found out the f**kers are still taking money from me. Shower o' bas*ards. And here was me thinking a 3 month contract is 3 months, and not "until you cop on we're still taking money from your account":mad::mad:

/me wonders if they'll have my original contract?

May look up the Freedom of Information act, and pop over to slam it down during the weekend. Pretty sure it wasn't a rolling one.

it was most likely a 3 month minimum contract. it happened me with a 12 month contract. And after my 2 months notice they took an extra month and i have spend 9 months trying to get that money back!!!

Do they accept payment by credit card? You could just do a chargeback if they do...

I'm a big believer in paying in cash. If you go in with a wad of cash, you can often work out a better deal, but at the very least, they don't get access to your credit card or bank account.
