Sorry it' more the dodgy looking website I'm commenting on as opposed to the product itself.

Frankly, I think, any product sold from a website like that isn't worth it. It' like all those crappy products you see on the shopping channels.

A chinning bar in argos is only €12

    http://www.argos.ie/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/ProductDisplay?langId=-1&storeId=30001&partNumber=3003341

a chin bar and gymnastic rings on it can give a great upper body workout, and would cost less than that device. If you check my link you can see various things you can make to attach to doors like that. You could make gymnastic rings for under €20, you do not even need a chinning bar, span some wood across your attic opening and loop them over it.

I was lol-ing to myself watching the advert on the website as I imagined someone opening the door, smacking the actors in the face.

Buy a couple of pilates rubber bands, and you can do the same stuff for a fraction of the price.

If you removed the door and strapped it to the top of the frame and the floor you could make an awesome catapult.
"Honey, the dog's food is ready in the kitchen"
    "He's on his way dear"
    *TWANG*

Ok, if you will use it, and you won't do anything else, then it's probably worth it. But a pair of adjustable dumbbells would be a much better buy.

And cast iron ones will last a lifetime. The elastic in these gadgets will go over time.

wat do these people think of it?
Thought it was fairly obvious, -gimmick.

YOu can do plenty of exercises with NO equipment, www.simplefit.org
