I'd be surprised if it took longer than 10 days or so. Revenue seem to have upped their act recently in terms of turning around returns, registrations etc.

It depends where you are.
Some offices are more efficient than others, i'v seen it take up to one month.

If you are in a hurry, call them after you submit the form, they can prioritise it.
