    hi guys and girls

Hopeing some one can help me...

when i was 13 i fell of my moutian bike wacked my knee off the crosssbar of my moutain bike burst every blood vessel in my knee did some sort of damage to the ligamint this would be on the inner knee. Any way past few ywars ive been doing sports such as surf wind surfing , snoboarding. bmxing skateing etc... so im a pretty active on that side...

Recently ive been unable to do as much sport as i would like im not a team player, when im doing sports dont want to be. But i want to keep fit and keep my stamina and my weight but ive lost half a stone in one month or maybe more.

but recently my ligament on the inner side of me has been hurting so much from the top of my shin along the side of my knee up to my calf and its sore.... very pain full thats the oly real damage Ive ever done to thta knee could that be it or could it be the weather playing on it as were having some pretty crazy weather patterns.... and preasure causeing it ???

    thanks for the help :)

I think you should see a physio.

None of us could tell you what it is thats wrong on here. The knee is too complex to even start giving out ideas. Go to see a Sports Injuries Therapist
