Manicure & Pedicure ?

    Ladies,

I want to treat my wife to a nice relaxing manicure & pedicure. Is there anywhere in Dublin city centre that has those "spa" shairs that massage you at the same time ? You see them all over the place in the US (where you can just walk in with no appointment & it's really inexpensive too), but I don't know of any here.

    Thanks in advance

Ahem, Yes, thank you Irishbird, but I was kinda looking for a recommendation rather than a listing (besides I don't think they actually mention in their ads whether or not they have those chairs)

    Mink - Mink Mink Mink!

Honestly I have never been treated so nice in all my life - the salon itself is beautiful with big arm chairs to sit in when you get your manicure and the most comfortable massaging pedi chair with copious amounts of magazines to read!

See if you can get Aneta or Joanna to do her nails - they're really hard to get a hold of cause they book up well in advance but in all honesty they are wonderful!

    +1 for Buff, its fabulous.
Why don't you push the boat out and treat her to a half day spa package........its bliss and she'll love you for it.;) You get the manicure and pedicure as part of the day, a facial and massage, herbal tea, lots of water and for an extra €10 lunch is brought in for you too!

Those places look fab but we are so ripped off in this country when it comes to manicures and pedicures - have you seen the prices????

Thanks ladies, looks like it's going to be the buff one as it's pretty central. Might go for the package for a special occasion, this is just a "hey I love you, have this on me" kinda thing for no other reason than that.

We (yes we) used to go to one on a regular basis in the US, cost about $50 for a man & ped each ($50 for the two of us + tip), just walk in, no appointment. I miss that (but not as much as she does)

If you're going to send her to Buff and want her to have an excellent pedicure and a re preprred to pay for it, they do a treatment for €105 called "medi Pedi" an absolutely amazing treatment. It literally melts the hard skin off your feet and then you get foot massage and toenails done.. if you want more info http://www.head2toetherapy.com/joomla/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=3&Itemid=3

Aww, I wish my boyfriend would just send me to somewhere like that or just get me something nice like that just because he loves me :( i'm jealous!!
