I know you have 2 months to go and all that but I think your mindset is wrong. If you are looking for a quick fix then you will not get as good a result and you also run the risk of being back where you started very soon.

However there are things that you should do immediately, don't say "i'll start after the weekend, etc ", just do it from right now.

Rather than look for vitamins or tonics, try your best to get a huge amount of vitamins from natural food. That means a varied, fresh, unprocessed diet. ( not too hard to do ). If you want you can top up with a good multivitamin.

Clean out your diet, little or no processed stuff / sweets / drink. After a while, when you have streamlined your nutrition / exercise, you can afford yourself some treats now and then.

I find exercising a lot, gives me energy. I mix lifting weights, HIIT and gaelic football training and find that the varied combination works for me ( if everything is done at a high intensity ).

If you are looking to keep healthy for the next few months, also make sure you are getting plenty of sleep.

In terms of stags / heavy sessions, they are not ideal but well this is Ireland and it's hard to get away from it. I have had a few stags / sessions lately and it's not good for you but you can try to minimise the effect. So a really intense weights session ( where you are nearly trembling afterwards ) just before a big drinking session will speed up your metabolism for many hours afterwards and help to absorb some of the sugars in the booze. Also makes you less guilty :)
