Weight Loss , running nad diet

    Hi All,

    I started back running about 4 months ago, !0years ago I used to do a lot and my weight was about 13 st 2 to 13 st 7 . Since then i've put on about 3 stone and would like to get rid of at least 2 stone of this.

    The problem is that I am ow training about 4-5 days a week and don't really want to diet too much .

    Does anyone have any good diet information that will be possible to use when also training ,

    There are some areas that i need to look at, i do eat too much rice , bread , and the last 2 week i've given up toast in place or a smoothy...

    I'm not looking for a quick fix diet but if anyone more information about weight loss while training, I have toned up a lot in the last 3 months but with only about a 5 lb loss.
