Ive always loved doing power cleans, just because of the buzz I get off them. I also hate them for the effort thats involved. But I just decided to youtube it for the crac and discovered I may have been doing the wrong thing for quiet some time. The start is perfect, up to chest height. But since I was shown years ago, I always did a shoulder/military press at the end. Is this right/wrong and is it benefically.

    possibly

i just feel it suits me quite well as a whole body compound exercise. I do weights for a sporting reason. I feel a real good kick out of it, and also a real good one cardio wise. (probably not the best description bt cant find the words) its the one thing like that can have me gasping for breath and feels like a real match situation.
