there is nothin on tv and nothing to do.....
and worst of all i cant sleep

Well the first thing you could do is not use numbers instead of letters.

I am at home and MrsDub13 is out at a hen party,I am expecting the door to be kicked in some time in the next few hours and I will be attacked by her.I am trying to work out if I am better off having a bit of a kip first or staying awake,I may be able to get away from her if I am awake.

Stay awake and use your time setting up traps. This will stall her and allow you to get away.

I could move the furniture around in our bed room,this should disorientate her and give me time.
