This may seem like a strange question, but how plausible do you think it would be to either find a building with a single room, that has a 12ft ceiling or higher, and is about 20ft by 20ft ground space to purchase that is very secluded, or purchasing land to build the same building. It would need to be secluded so that noise wouldn't be an issue for neighbours.

How much would you estimate this to cost and do you know of any such properties for sale at the moment? I'm looking for an estimate for both.
