    Hi guys

Can someone tell me why some people use an alternating grip when deadlifting like one palm facing outwards and the other inwards.I've always used both palms facing inwards.Am i doing something wrong?

    thanks

As the weight gets heavier the bar will start to roll out of your hands. Alternating them prevents this.
