    Hello people!

Just after some advice, as i kind of pigged out during my exams, a wee little belly has occured (not massive) but still one I've notice and want to get rid of! I'll admit due to the exams, obviously the exercise (Football) had to be comprimised quite alot and is no doubt doubt the cause of this wee problem, and I shall be taking that back up immediatley!

Any chance someone could help me work out a way/plan to get rid of this and perhaps set me on my way to obtaining some relative form of a 6 pack!

    Thanks a million:)

The only way to shake the belly is through diet, you cannot spot reduce through exercise.

read the stickies, there are a lot of excellent posts by G'em relating to healthy eating which certainly helped me.

Post up your height, weight and diet and people will be able to help you sort it out.

    Good Luck!

That's v interesting! (90% -10%) I'm not fat/overweight and when I was working out at my max last year had those line thingys going from my hips down and could push a eh....4 pack when I flexed hehehe.....been outta training cause of exams/new jobs etc apst 6months or so, but last night I started back into it again.... I've got slight pudge when I sit, v slight but I ain't as lean on the obliques as I was last year. I know I will get back to eat quiet easily but clearly diet's v v important. I don't eat choc, crisps, minerals - only minerals at weekends when I'm clubbing. So what are the definate "No No's" with regard to diet & a attaining 6-pack!? Cheee-ars! :)
