    Has anyone here beome a member of this Gym. Whats the standard of coaching like if you join? I went up and had a look. Looks well equipped, but pretty small.

    Wouldnt mind that too much as long as their was good quality instruction / personal training!

    lol, I can't believe this guy has his own gym now, he used to be in TF darndale all the time, it was him and his bodybuilder mates that opened my eyes to the world of thong sporting men with fake tan, shaved legs, steroid acne and dudes taking their trousers off after a set of squats to check their legs out in the mirror!
    Wonder if he's still one of those airport security dudes...

    Its pretty small really. Had a bit of trouble finding it at first as it is located in what loks like an apartment complex..... bit strange! It kinda looks like 2 or 3 apartments have been amalgamated to form the gym!!

    For a gym that says bodybuilding is its primary focus, their free wights area seems pretty small. only a few benches. there are a number of cardio machines which dont interest me as I do enough cardio outside the gym.

    Price was 740 for year in installments or 540 if aid up front. They have a special offer which was pay 740 for yearly membership and get 12 free personal training sessions which was what got my attention in the first place
