You need a combination of cardio for your heart and lungs, and to burn calories, and strength training to make you strong and looking good.

The best lifts are the big compound lifts like squat, deadlift, benchpress (you must do those three, they are not optional). Also dips, pull-ups, lunges, stiffleg deadlifts, barbell rows, shoulder press, maybe clean and press, wood chopper, plank and a few others. Do them with free weights, using the weight that will just about allow you do do ten reps with perfect form. Ideally three times a week, followed by a whey shake.

On non-lifting days, do cardio, either long duration steady state cardio (a long cycle for instance) or High Intensity Interval Training (flat out sprints followed by recovery jogs). It sucks, but it's gotta be done.

Well, first of all, congrats on loosing the weight, it takes a lot of will power to lose so much so you should be proud of yourself.

Why don't you post up what your diet and what your routine consists of and i'm sure the folks around here will have plenty of advice on where to go from here.
