Perks question

Hi Guys, I have a question about perks. I like to run and gun a lot and (with M16, P90)and am wondering which is better: bandolier-juggernaut-deep impact bandolier-stopping power-deep impact bandolier-double tap-deep impact In other words is it better to have more health or be able to do more damage?

My personal choice would be bandolier, stopping power, deep impact, but that's because it suits my playing style. Other than for the sake of arguing there seems to be no difinitive answer as to what is the best perk, it all depends on factors like play style, weapons, whether you are playing search and destroy or team deathmatch etc.
