Toning my rear end (as bad as it sounds...)

It may be just me but I think my rear end is getting too big. I'm 20, fit and healthy and cycle everywhere and play five-a-side soccer for an hour every week. I don't drive so as I said I cycle and walk everywhere and take the occasional bus. This has made me generally fit but I really think my arse could do with toning up but don't know how...

    - What exercises could I do? As in, are their specific ones?

    - Is cycling any good for it?

Thanks in advance and apologies for opening a new thread on something that may have been covered before but I did a quick scan and found nothing.

Squats have given me a fairly rock hard arse. Weighted squats!

    Squat and deadlift.

The problem with cycling is your never fully extending your leg, which means your glutes are never fully engaged.

Squat.. squat and squat some more.
Learning how to do a proper romainian deadlift/stiff leg deadlift will help to.

more importantly, you may need to change your eating habits if your develpoing a "big auld base"
