    vascularity can only be achieved with low body fat%. NO2 products only energise you and dilate your blood vessels and when i used them it seemed as though my pump stayed for longer, could have been placebo effect though i was on nitrix

    they will give you a better pump in the gym, but that is by no means an indicator of muscle growth

    i use plain old caffeine pills -400mg, and my workouts are intensified, but then again it could be all psychological


    edit: just seen its £40 for 90 caps - i would stay clear - i got my caffein at £5 for the same amount

    Strange Q, but did Nitrix cause you any sorta of stomach upset?

    no not really i never ate before i took it though.
