Need a Last Push for my Diet

    Hi all

I have read a lot of the posts and the advice and I think its all great, motivating (and free), love keeping up to date with the latest news and views.

So I am coming for some advice.

Have been on Weight Watchers for 2 years now and drastically changed my eating habits. I was never big but I was putting on weight and at a steady rate. Lost 19lbs so far with another 10lbs to go to goal (which by the way I think is too low, dont think I could afford to lose another 10lbs!). I also exercise regularly and probably run 30k per week.

Anywho, while my 'slow and steady' approach is going really well I just need a kick now, here at the start of the Summer (wedding and holidays coming up in 10days time). So iv read about Lipotrim and while I definitely DO NOT advocate such caloric restriction I do need something in the next 10 days. Even just to reduce the bloating (its around the stomach is the problem).

This is not me looking for a crash diet/quick fix/easy option and will not be reverting to binge eating after the ten days.

Any views? Any low calorie meals I could use as a substitute? Obviously I have all the WW zero point meals but I need something new, a kick up the bum!

Or would Lipotrim be a reasonable option? Just for the short term of 5-7 days?

    All advice welcome! Thanks!

Lipotrim is stupidity, no amount of looking good on a beach is worth risking your health for.

Your not massively overweight, why not spend the money on good underwear and clothes that will make you look good.

Lipotrim is processed crap. I've seen the ingredients, and you might as well eat 100 calories worth of chocolate.

If you are absolutely determined to drop more weight in a very short time, then you might look at something like a PSMF (protein sparing modified fast). Lyle McDermott (www.bodyrecomposition.com) is the expert on this for athletes/non-obese people. Be warned, he is a cranky SOB.
