Boardsie on 98FM last night?

    Was that a boardsie on 98fm last night talking about fitness and diet etc? He mentioned boards.ie alot.

    He seemed to have a realistic attitude to fitness and getting people to make the switch to being healthier.

    It was deffo 98fm i heard it on and not spin 103.

    I was on spin FM but regularly feature on 98FM also so they may have done a re-run on a show i was on before? They are based in the same building if thats any help.

    Great people in there and get much more feedback than when on country fm every week - older listeners for counrty FM maybe.

    Could well have been you so, good show dude. You seem to have the right attitude for a trainer when it comes to getting people to make some changes. :)
