I used them for a while but I stopped because I was found that the mascara did pretty much the same job!!

Chanel mascara, its about €30 but is well worth it and does a better job than a curler :)

Dior Show Black Out, also worth the €27. I love it!

Nah, I don't think they're great! I just find Dior Show Mascara to be the best and actually I got a new Rimmel one for during the day for normal wear and it's quite good..glam-eyes i think it's called!

I use mine every day, makes a big difference to my lashes - I always curl first and then apply mascara, lashings of it:D

I got mine in H&M :pac: It's a clear gel with a mascara brush and it's keep yo' brows in place, handy for my crazy uneven ones!

If you heat the curlers slightly with the hairdryer, it gives a better curl. Also, when curling the lashes start with the end of lashes and then work your way back toward the eyelid and finally curl the whole lashes. Gives a better curl!

Yeah, they definitely make a difference to my eyelashes anyway, I always curl before using mascara. At the moment using a Boots type, but soon to be upgraded to Shu uemura -
"Behind its forms and colors, there are thoughts of the creator."
What a great tagline - expecting significant impact!!

When I put on mascara I curl them upwards with my finger.
The curl sets when the mascara dries, I actually do it to stop them leaving spider tracks under my eyes.

I have ridiculously long eyelashes though.

Boo to you and your long lashes! :) Tried and failed at the finger curling. Too short. That's a good tip though!

Never really messed around with curlers much.
When I put on mascara I roll the brush up through my lashes in a circular motion.
Really gets a good curl for me!

Walk a mile in my shoes before you judge me and my lashes.
Anything other than the barest lick of mascara and it looks like I hung halloween decorations on my eyes for decorative effect.
They make a scratchy sound/motion on my sunglasses and when one turns back in and gets lost in my eye...it is a nightmare.

You can get your eyelashes permed and its meant to be amazing - costs about €30 though (afaik) so is quite pricey. You could also try a lash primer. Smashbox and shiesedo do ones - they kind of make your lashes thicker and curlier before you apply mascara.
