    Yes but the poll should make clear what concessions are on offer in that hypothesis. "changes" is too vague. It's what the changes are that counts to us no voters. BTW, has anyone noticed that of those in the above poll that excluding those who said they would not vote, the no vote is 53.3% - identical to the result last June. Scary huh? :eek:
