Im 5ft 5 and im about 9 stone 12. I was almost 14 and a half stone last august, so i am delighted with how much weight i have lost. I still have a belly so I would like to get down to 9 stone.
Would 9 stone be to little? The reason why i am asking is because everyone is telling me to stop and i have lost enough weight. My brother said that i look weird because he was always used to a bigger me, and maybe thats why everyone is telling me to stop. They're not used to me looking skinnier.

I know i cant spot reduce fat but if i keep it up a small bit longer it might go. I will definately stop at 9 stone if its safe enough to be 9 stone. I dont want to look like bones either.

In reality everyone is different and what suits one person who is 5'5'' may not suit another. Currently your BMI is approx 23 which would be in a healthy range, it's what you're happy with that matters as well though, weighing 9 stone would bring you to a BMI to about 21 so you'd still be a very healthy and normal weight. As long as the weight loss is healthy and you're eating right and looking after yourself you can drop to nine without any ill effects. Don't let what other people say effect you, the majority of people know very little about things like that.

And well done on your weight loss, you've obviously worked hard for it and deserve the reward of being at a weight that you are happy and comfortable at after working so hard.

Don’t worry about the number just see if you like what you see in the mirror, it depends on bone structure weather or not your going to look boney ant that weight so just watch the mirror
