Ok so this summer, as soon as the exams finish, I plan on knuckling on down to some serious training!

    I am 18, male, 70kgs(11.3stone).

I have been eating very healthily over the last week and my nutrition is pretty good, eating lots of fruit veg, egg tuna...etc My Goal is to loose around have a stone(7 pounds) in the next 9 weeks.

Apart from all that, my main query is on what to eat before and after intensive running and working out?

So obviously I need high energy levels before my running. What foods/drinks do you suggest?

After running and a few abdominal exercises/weights, what is recommended to eat? Protein protein? :D

Is it true that you should do cardio after weights because weights make you loose all your calories so when your body is looking for energy when running, it gets energy by burning the fat because you have burned the calories from weight lifting?
